Crain’s Chicago Business Interviews LAS Professor Beth Richie

Crain’s Chicago Business interviewed Beth Richie, director of the UIC Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy, about her appointment to a National Football League expert panel addressing issues of domestic violence and sexual assault. Last week the NFL announced that Richie, professor of African-American studies, criminology, law, and justice and gender and women’s studies, would join a group tasked with developing the NFL’s educational and service programs, and to assist in revising the league’s personal conduct policy.
