About
My education has shaped quite a bit of who I am. During undergrad I majored in psychology while also exploring biological sciences and criminology. I was pleasantly surprised to learn how interested I was in criminology and decided to pursue that further in grad school. As a student here in the criminology, law, and justice program, my main research interest has evolved a bit after learning more about the field. I am primarily interested in the intersection of the criminal justice system and educational institutions and how family dynamics impact children's experiences.
