I graduated from Roosevelt University with my Bachelors in Criminal Justice, minor in psychology, and concentration in child and family studies. My research interests include topics surrounding underpriviledged communities and the impact in their education. My undergraduate senior thesis focused on the effects of zero tolerance policies on socieconomically disadvantaged African American and Latinx students. I'd like to further supplement my knowledge in the fields of policy and rehabilitation in both adult and juvenile correctional systems.
